Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique learning needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure integrated and inclusive educational experiences

Qualifications And Experience
- Valid Alabama Special Education teaching certification
- Demonstrated experience working with students in elementary, middle, or high school special education settings
- Strong knowledge of special education laws, instructional methods, and behavioral strategies
